Job summary
JD Ross Energy is seeking an Electrical Field Service Engineer to install, commission, service and maintain EV charging infrastructure across Northern Ireland and Ireland. You will work on a range of charging solutions, ensuring safety, quality and customer satisfaction, while diagnosing faults and performing preventative maintenance.
The role requires hands-on electrical installation experience, knowledge of IS 10101, a full clean UK driving licence, and the ability to work independently as
Qualifications
- Qualified in electrical installation and able to work with EV charging systems.
- Knowledge of Irish electrical regulations, IS 10101.
- Full clean Category B driving licence.
- Experience installing electrical installations independently.
Responsibilities
- Install and commission EV charging stations at commercial and public locations.
- Interpret electrical drawings, cable calculations, installation guides, and technical documentation.
- Perform electrical testing, inspection and certification of installations.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, including related software issues.
- Carry out planned and preventative maintenance on charging infrastructure.
- Maintain installation and service records using digital systems.
