Job summary

Autocraft Drivetrain Solutions in the UK is expanding its EV department and seeks enthusiastic individuals to repair and remanufacture Electric Vehicle Battery Packs in our specialist workshop.

You will follow job cards, prepare repair kits, unload deliveries, and handle high-voltage safety protocols. Full training is provided, including a funded external EV HV Level 3 certificate. Shifts include Late and Day rotations, 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• HV safety qualification or equivalent
• Ability to follow operating instructions and procedures
• Willingness to train in EV HV systems

Responsibilities

• Follow job cards to diagnose faults and repair HV battery packs
• Prepare battery repair kits and balance modules
• Unload deliveries, manage core packs, and pick/load dispatches
• Adhere to HV safety protocols and risk assessments
• Use lifting, diagnostic and mechanical equipment safely
• Maintain clean, organised workspace and 5S standards
