Arnold Clark Workington Motorstore is looking for skilled automotive technicians to service and repair a diverse range of vehicles. You’ll work with precision, safety, and pride, supported by a team that values quality and learning.

Qualifications

• A certificate in Light Vehicle Maintenance Level 3 and solid work experience in the automotive industry.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a busy team.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions.
• Full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance to high standards.
• Inspecting engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues using diagnostic equipment.
• Repairing or replacing broken parts and performing DVSA tests if authorised.
• Road testing vehicles to check repairs and maintain tools and equipment.
• Completing documentation to required standards and following checklists.
