Job summary

Dorel Juvenile is seeking a Training Lead to enhance brand and product experience at retail by implementing effective training programs for retailers, distributors and sales teams in Europe. You will localize training materials, co-own major European events, and drive shop floor execution and local market adaptation.

The role requires 5 years of relevant experience (2+ in training), strong presentation skills, leadership, and willingness to travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in training.
• Experience in international retail environments preferred.
• Ability to translate global strategy into local execution.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop training tools for Europe and rollout regionally.
• Co-own delivery of training days at Customer Conference and Kind + Jugend.
• Localize European training strategy and roadmap; align with brands, products and sales.
• Participate in HQ-led training sessions on new product introductions.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to stay informed on launches.
• Lead train-the-trainer program and train sales teams for local events.
• Execute retail staff incentive programs to drive sell-out.
• Own training initiatives and build deep expertise across the Dorel portfolio.
• Monitor training effectiveness using e-learning platforms, Salesforce, and Power BI dashboards.
