Stealth, a leading global technology investment firm, seeks an Associate for our European team. The role combines rigorous financial analysis with broad exposure across the full investment lifecycle—from identifying opportunities to portfolio work.

You’ll own portions of diligence, modeling, and memo creation while collaborating with senior investors on high-growth tech opportunities. You’ll thrive with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine interest in technology.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, or similar analytical investing environment.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Experience evaluating companies and conducting due diligence.
• Exceptional academic background and intellectual curiosity.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex information.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential investments through company, market, competitive, and financial analysis.
• Build and analyze financial models, valuations, and scenarios to support decisions.
• Perform rigorous commercial and financial diligence; analyze business models and growth drivers.
• Develop investment memos and recommendations for senior investors and internal decisions.
• Support deal execution with internal teams, management, and advisers.
• Develop market perspectives on trends, sectors, and business models; identify opportunities.
• Build relationships with founders, executives, investors, bankers to source opportunities.
• Support portfolio companies on strategic initiatives and ongoing analysis.
