Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a Supply Chain & Operations Director to lead end-to-end supply chain activities in Surrey, including procurement, logistics, warehousing and order fulfilment, with responsibility for a high-performing team. The role focuses on strategic planning to support European expansion, optimize processes, improve service levels, and maintain inventory control, while aligning with commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in supply chain, operations or logistics.
• Experience managing international supply chains in consumer goods or multi-channel environments.
• Proven logistics, warehousing and distribution leadership in Europe.
• Strong leadership to build and mentor high-performing teams.
• Experience with 3PLs, overseas suppliers and warehousing partners.
• Comfortable in fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments.
• Proficient with ERP and operational reporting systems.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, international freight, warehousing and distribution.
• Develop and execute strategies to support growth and service levels.
• Maintain stock levels to meet forecasted demand while controlling inventory.
• Lead purchasing, logistics and order management teams.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee relationships with external logistics providers and partners.
• Design frameworks and performance measures to enable expansion.
• Utilize KPI reporting and BI to drive decisions.
