Qualifications

• Proven management experience in European road freight and freight forwarding.
• Strong carrier, supplier and customer relationship management.
• Experience with international import/export road freight operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Road Freight function, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational performance and profitability.
• Develop and implement road freight strategies that support wider business objectives and growth plans.
• Drive growth across European and domestic road freight services, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, suppliers and overseas partners.
• Ensure all road freight movements are managed efficiently, accurately and in line with compliance requirements.
