Job summary

Responsibilities

• Managing European export shipments from booking through to delivery.
• Arranging transport and liaising with hauliers, carriers and other suppliers.
• Preparing and checking export and customs documentation.
• Tracking shipments and keeping customers updated throughout the process.
• Dealing with any issues or delays and finding practical solutions.
• Ensuring all paperwork and systems are kept accurate and up to date.
• Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure shipments are delivered on time and to specification.
