Reporting to the European Senior Search Manager, the European Retail Search Manager creates and deploys the European Pet Nutrition Digital Retail Search strategy. This role is critical in maximising the exposure and performance of the Mars online Petcare portfolio.
The European Retail Search Manager defines, guides the execution of, and measures the performance of self-serve onsite programmatic-bought retail media strategy and Organic Search with our European eCommerce customers (Amazon & Zooplus), local market key customers, and cross-market search initiatives.
The role is critical in supporting the implementation of the regional Retail Media Strategy, working with the Head of Retail Media, building ‘best practice’ capability in our market clusters and our Digital Business Unit (improving media performance) and customer engagement (improving media access).
The role requires a high level of Digital Search expertise, technical leadership, and project management skills to manage various search projects, processes, and strategies.
