Job summary

Ideal candidates hold an engineering qualification in HVAC/R or mechanical engineering, possess at least 2 years of VRF/VRV experience, and are proficient with product selection software and pricing tools.

Qualifications

• Relevant Engineering qualification (HVAC/R, Mechanical Engineering, etc).
• Technical experience with VRF/VRV air-conditioning products/systems (2yrs+).
• Experience using product selection software and product pricing/sales tools.
• Fluent English, both oral and written.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Multi-tasking.
• Knowledge of other European language(s) would be an advantage.
• Business trips to Europe will be required occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to distributors, consultants and end users in the UK and Europe.

A new vacancy for a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer with European division of leading global manufacturer of high-efficiency heating & cooling products. Based at the company's offices in the west London / Middlesex area, the Technical Pre-Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to its distributors, consultants and end users in the UK and Europe. Candidates should have an engineering qualification in a relevant technical discipline (such as HVAC/R, Mechanical Engineering, etc), with at least 2yrs experience working with VRF/VRV products in a role that has involved supporting customers and/or distributors.
