Job summary

ETS Technical Sa in west London seeks a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to support distributors, consultants and end users across the UK and Europe. The role focuses on VRF/VRV products with hybrid working options from the London office.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering qualification in HVAC/R or mechanical engineering, possess at least 2 years of VRF/VRV experience, and are proficient with product selection software and pricing tools.

Qualifications

• Relevant Engineering qualification (HVAC/R, Mechanical Engineering, etc).
• Technical experience with VRF/VRV air-conditioning products/systems (2yrs+).
• Experience using product selection software and product pricing/sales tools.
• Fluent English, both oral and written.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Multi-tasking.
• Knowledge of other European language(s) would be an advantage.
• Business trips to Europe will be required occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to distributors, consultants and end users in the UK and Europe.
• Based at the west London/Middlesex offices with hybrid option.
• Support customers with VRF/VRV products and/or systems across Europe.
