TOPdesk is seeking a Product Marketing Leader for AI & Automation to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for our virtual support agent, operator copilot, agents, and related capabilities. You will report to the Director of Product and Customer Marketing and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to unify AI storytelling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing ownership.
• Ability to translate technical AI concepts for IT leaders and service managers.
• Critical eye for credible AI claims.
• Experience partnering with Product and enabling Sales.
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving roadmaps.
• Strong written communication and influencing without authority.

Responsabilités

• Define positioning and messaging for AI & Automation grounded in customer problems and outcomes.
• Translate product capabilities into language IT leaders and service managers understand.
• Lead go-to-market for AI launches: briefs, messaging, demos and enablement.
• Partner with Product early to ensure credible claims and trust with customers.
• Weave AI into the platform narrative across releases.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success to handle AI conversations and objections.
• Track AI/agents landscape and translate into points of view.
• Gather real signal from pilots and customers to sharpen the story.
• Work with Analyst Relations and Customer Marketing to build proofs.
