Job summary

Treatwell is seeking a Financial Services Director to lead our European payments strategy across card terminals, online payments, and new financial products. You will partner with Stripe, set the commercial roadmap and drive growth across markets.

Based in London, you will collaborate with Product, Finance, Operations and Legal to embed payments into acquisition, onboarding, and retention, translating strategy into executable plans with clear KPIs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in payments, fintech, embedded finance, SaaS, marketplaces, commercial strategy or product-led growth.
• Strong understanding of payment products including online payments, card terminals, transaction fees, Tap to Pay, merchant services, embedded finance.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead Treatwell's European payments strategy across card machines, online payments, transaction fees, Tap to Pay, capital and future financial products.
• Lead Treatwell's strategic relationship with Stripe at a European level, acting as senior commercial contact and guiding joint planning, reviews and escalations.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Operations, Legal and local market teams to embed payments into acquisition, onboarding, account management and retention.
• Translate strategy into execution plans with owners, timelines and KPIs, removing blockers and ensuring accountability across teams.
