This role is for an experienced Binding Authority Operations Technician within a rapidly growing Binders team. As a member of the Binding Authority Operations team, you will manage servicing requirements for assigned client accounts, including Bordereaux processing, Contract preparation, Coverholder Compliance and Support, and Statistical analysis.

Main Responsibilities

• Full ownership of allocated Coverholder accounts, including drafting Binding Authority Agreements and Endorsements, updating ATLAS and DCOM, processing Contracts and Bordereaux, and corresponding with clients.
• Providing Underwriters with Bordereaux and Premium updates, reviewing Risk Level Data, and preparing reports.
• Maintaining internal records and spreadsheets.
• Supporting and training less experienced team members.
• Performing additional duties as required.

What do we need from you?

We seek someone with experience managing Lloyd’s Binding Authorities, including:

• Preparing Binding Authority Contracts
• Using ATLAS and DCOM
• Experience with DA SATs/DDM is preferred but not required
• Reviewing and processing Premium Bordereaux
• Using IMR and Xchanging
• Using Broking Systems like Brokasure
• Liaising with Underwriters and Clients
• Dealing with risk reports
