Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics (JD Logistics) in Milton Keynes seeks a dedicated Training Manager to lead Europe’s learning strategy. You will build and deliver the training framework, annual plan and budget, ensuring local compliance and adapting HQ programmes for Europe.

You will develop practical training for warehousing, transportation, customs and customer service, covering onboarding, operational skills and management development, while coordinating delivery with HR, trainers and external providers

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver JD Logistics Europe’s training framework, annual plan and budget, ensuring local compliance and adapting HQ programmes for Europe.
• Develop practical training for warehousing, transportation, customs and customer service, covering onboarding, operational skills and management development.
• Manage training delivery, trainers and external providers, and evaluate effectiveness through training data and employee performance.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to address capability gaps and support cross-cultural collaboration.
