Job summary

Church & Dwight UK Ltd in Folkestone, Kent offers a 12-month paid Internship in European Logistics. Based in a coastal location with easy access to London and the Channel Tunnel, the role covers end-to-end supply chain projects across inbound materials to outbound delivery.

You will gain hands-on experience using SAP, stock control, lean implementation, and digital automation to improve customer experience, while expanding D2C capabilities and integrating new brands.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or postgraduate in Business Studies or related subject.
• Ability to work in teams across sites or countries.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Can-do attitude with willingness to learn.
• Strong numeracy and IT skills.
• Able to interpret data and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Drive logistics efficiency using SAP platform.
• Stock control and inventory management UK and Europe.
• Implement lean practices in warehouse and desk roles.
• Digitally automate routine transactions to reduce touchpoints.
• Expand our D2C provision.
• Integrate newly acquired brands into European network.
• Support the European Import and Export Compliance Team.
• Liaise with third-party logistics providers and fulfilment houses.
• Spend blocks of the year with different parts of Logistics (UK/Europe).
• Become proficient in SAP logistics transactions and visit third-party sites.
