Job summary

Zayo Europe is seeking an ISP, ILA & Facilities Senior Manager to lead operational management across Europe’s ISP and ILA estates and corporate facilities. You will partner with Engineering, Service Delivery and Finance to drive performance, risk management and cost control.

We require 5+ years of managing critical infrastructure across multiple sites, strong supplier governance, budgets ownership and a track record in telecoms, data centres or critical environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing critical infrastructure or facilities.
• Experience managing multiple sites across Europe.
• Budget ownership and supplier/contract management.
• Experience in telecoms, data centres or critical environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational management of ISP and ILA locations across Europe.
• Ensure site availability, resilience and compliance with operational standards.
• Manage preventative maintenance programmes and planned engineering works.
• Oversee emergency repairs and incident response.
• Lead facilities management including security, access control, H&S, fire compliance and environmental compliance.
• Manage supplier performance, contract governance and cost optimisation.
