Job summary

Chart Industries, now part of Baker Hughes, seeks a Finance Manager for Europe based in Renfrew. You will support regional financial reporting, planning and controls across 16 countries and ~40 business units, collaborating with regional leaders and global finance teams.

The role offers exposure to consolidation, forecasting, governance and cross‑functional finance transformation within a large international organisation.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with up to two years post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting principles.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly regional financial reporting.
• Coordinate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting deliverables.
• Prepare and analyse regional consolidated financial information.
• Partner with BU finance teams to understand performance.
• Provide financial analysis and insight into key areas.
• Support the annual operating plan and forecasting processes.
• Assist with SOX and internal control activities.
• Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit and Corporate Finance.
• Support finance integration and transformation initiatives.
