Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking an Export Area Sales Manager to lead European sales and develop relationships with engineers, consultants, contractors, distributors and international agents.

The role is office-based with travel to Europe; you will own the pipeline, work with senior management and contribute to international growth through strategic sales planning and CRM management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales within construction, engineering or technical products sector.
• Experience selling technical products into construction/engineering environments.
• Strong track record with international customers, distributors, agents or partners.
• Experience managing an international sales pipeline and developing new business.
• Confident communicating with engineers, consultants and contractors.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with ability to identify and convert opportunities.
• Full passport and willingness to travel to Europe.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales across European markets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and grow existing relationships.
• Manage a personal sales pipeline and deliver strong order intake.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineers, consultants, contractors, distributors and agents.
• Collaborate with international distributors and agents to maximise opportunities.
