Job summary

Your Recruiters is recruiting an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join a growing specialist manufacturer supplying high purity chemicals to customers across Europe and beyond. You will own your pipeline, research new markets, and drive long-term commercial relationships through proactive outreach.

You’ll focus on developing opportunities, speaking with decision-makers, and growing accounts across international markets, with a strong emphasis on CRM discipline and sales process improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inside sales or business development.
• Confident in making cold calls to new prospects.
• Proven ability to generate leads and grow a pipeline.
• Strong CRM usage and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Research potential customers, markets and applications before outreach.
• Generate new business via proactive outbound calling, email and online outreach.
• Speak with decision-makers across European and international markets.
• Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
• Develop smaller accounts with growth potential and identify upselling opportunities.
