Job summary

Kaluza is seeking a Product Manager for Europe-focused localisation of products and pricing. The role requires close collaboration with clients, in-country experts and cross-functional teams to deliver country-specific energy solutions.

You will oversee regulation-aware product specifications and work with engineering and UX to ensure successful localised implementations. Based in London with hybrid work, the role emphasizes deep market knowledge and strong client relations to drive regional

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record in international localisation.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with B2B clients.
• Solid understanding of energy lifecycle and European markets.
• Direct experience with regulatory contexts across Europe.
• Ability to translate regulatory text or client needs into actionable requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, legal, operations, client success).
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead localisation efforts for products and pricing across Europe, including indexation and unbundled energy products.
• Deep dive into European energy market structures and regulations for designated countries.
• Collaborate with clients and in-country experts as the primary point of contact for domain needs.
• Coordinate cross-domain discovery and delivery for features supporting billing, quoting and energy insights.
• Define and manage detailed product requirements for country-specific needs.
• Contribute to the Global Energy Commerce roadmap when acceleration opportunities arise.
• Work with engineering, UX and QA to implement and test localised billing functionalities.
• Act as go-to expert on European market nuances for energy products and pricing.
