Job summary

Kaluza is seeking a Product Manager for Agent Experience to own EU roadmap and drive agent/customer outcomes. Hybrid role with three office days, located in Europe (Paris preferred, London acceptable). Fluency in French and English required to collaborate with cross‑border teams and clients.

You will oversee end‑to‑end delivery, integrations, and accessibility compliance while shaping product strategy for enterprise clients across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience owning end-to-end user journeys for high-frequency operational tools.
• Knowledge of EU accessibility standards and third‑party integrations.
• Experience delivering for external enterprise clients and change management.
• Ability using metrics to defend product decisions with a platform‑first mindset.
• Full professional bilingual fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Own the Roadmap for Kaluza Agent Experience in the EU, driving metrics and client outcomes.
• Design and enforce UX consistency across agent experiences and automation.
• Lead integrations and onboarding for new clients from discovery to go-live.
• Translate regulatory needs into engineering requirements for accessibility/compliance.
• Engage with clients to maximize value and client adoption.
• Contribute across the PDLC with client discovery, feedback loops, and deliverables.
