Job summary

Kaluza is seeking a Product Manager for Agent Experience to lead Europe-wide strategy, balancing global goals with local client needs. This hybrid role, based in London or Paris, requires fluency in English and French and a right to work in the EU.

You will drive accessibility, seamless integrations, and client onboarding while shaping the product roadmap and enabling successful adoption. Three days per week in the office, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end product strategy for agent experience in Europe.
• Ensure cohesion of agent UX across Kaluza Agent Experience.
• Lead integrations and onboarding for new clients.
• Champion EU accessibility by design and regulatory alignment.
• Serve clients with platform-first configuration and value.
• Use metrics to defend product decisions and prioritise capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Kaluza Agent Experience in Europe, tied to global goals.
• Guard and align agent UX across the product, reducing cognitive load.
• Lead third-party integrations and onboarding end-to-end for new clients.
• Ensure accessibility and compliance with EU standards in design and delivery.
• Engage clients and promote platform-first configuration over bespoke builds.
• Contribute to the full PDLC from discovery to adoption, including client travel as needed.
