Qualifications

• Experience leading large, international and geographically dispersed teams.
• Proven ability to lead organisational change and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for European Digital Operations across Europe.
• Lead and develop a multi-layered organisation of Area and Digital Managers.
• Drive digital transformation and platform adoption across Europe.
• Oversee delivery and localization of websites, apps, CRM programmes and connected experiences.
• Manage performance, capacity, risks and workforce planning across markets.
