Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Significant experience leading a global or multi-market digital service, content-production capability, operational area, or technology-enabled platform.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into operating plans, roadmaps, governance, resource priorities, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Twin and Scalable Content Services as an integrated global Service line, converting priorities into operating plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Own the operating model, governance, service catalogue, standards, and ways of working across the capability portfolio.
• Define and monitor performance measures covering quality, accuracy, throughput, turnaround time, and adoption; ensure SLAs and continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional adoption across Operating Units, markets, bottling partners, and providers with stakeholder engagement and capability-building.
