Job summary

Tracerco is seeking a Sales Engineer to develop and grow sales of its Diagnostic Services and Measurement Instruments across Europe. The role blends technical knowledge with commercial acumen to identify opportunities and strengthen customer relationships in oil, gas, refining and process industries.

Travel across Europe is required to engage with engineering, operations and procurement teams, deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals, and ensure profitable, sustainable business

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in an industrial engineering or technical sales/customer facing role.
• Willing to travel throughout assigned territory and engage with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technically appropriate solutions.
• Comfortable presenting value-led, technically focused presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and territory plans to increase revenue across Europe.
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities within accounts.
• Proactively develop new customers, markets and applications for Tracerco technologies.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from engagement to contract.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals and presentations.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Deliver against revenue, margin, pipeline and growth objectives.
• Support negotiations to secure profitable and sustainable business.
