The Role
We are looking for an experienced Demand Planner with a passion for building relationships, clear communication and problem solving. You will be the lead for all forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning processes and a key influencer for coordinating growth delivery in the market. You will lead discussions and gather the inputs of key business activities over the next 12-18 months and support cross functional alignment towards both tactical and strategic business objectives.
Reporting to the Sr Demand Planning Manager and collaborating with Commercial, Finance & Marketing you will be responsible for the following tasks:
· E2E execution of Demand Planning Team Strategy.
· Collaborative “bottom up” volume forecasting across base, activity and innovation planning over a 12-18 month horizon. Targeting improved forecast accuracy that supports both high customer service levels and a reduction of finished goods inventory.
· Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process working with key departments to ensure alignment and delivery of the plan.
· Monitor forecast bias & accuracy reporting to deliver agreed service levels.
· Assist the Head of Planning with the development, maintenance, and delivery of KPI dashboards and reporting to communicate with the leadership team.
· Responsible for delivering excellent service to all our customers both internal and external.
· Support the development and continuous improvement of processes and technology transformation.

· You’re a strategic thinker: With a strong analytical mind-set with an ability to view a problem from multiple angles prior to moving forward on a resolution. Always looking for a plan b to execute and pivot to drive results.

· You’re a self-starter: With the ability to deliver results in a lean, agile organisation and an ability to critically access and adapt to changing priorities.
· You’re a born leader: Capable of leading and engaging cross functional teams to ensure business goals are being achieved.
To be successful in this role
· Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or University, preferably in business, finance or supply chain management.
· 3-5 years’ experience in a Demand Planning role, preferably within a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
· Experience working with statistical forecasting software
· Advanced Excel Skills.
· Experience with SQL and/or PowerBI a plus.
· Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in straight-forward ways to multiple levels of the organization.
· Ability to analyse complex data sets, create strategic recommendations.
