Job summary

Park Street People is recruiting an experienced Credit Manager to own the European credit function in a fast-growing international business. The role focuses on balancing cash collection with risk management while nurturing strong customer relationships and supporting growth.

You will lead a European Credit Control team, drive DSO reduction, oversee credit assessments and terms, and work closely with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues and improve cash flow.

Qualifications

• Experience as Credit Manager in an international organisation.
• Proven leadership of diverse credit teams.
• Strong understanding of credit risk, collections, cash flow.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Organised, able to work independently in fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle.
