Job summary

Marc Daniels is seeking a senior Europe Credit Controller/Manager to lead the Europe Credit Control team and ensure timely cash collection while minimizing risk. You will work with Sales and Customer Service to optimize terms and service excellence, and oversee Oracle-based systems and credit software implementations.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and governance in line with group policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or related field preferred.
• ICM qualification desirable but not essential.
• Experience leading European scope teams and large, diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of the Europe Credit Control team.
• Ensure accounts are managed within contractual terms and promotions.
• Manage cash collection targets to optimize working capital and DSO metrics.
• Maintain best practice in credit granting for new and existing accounts.
• Oversee credit policy formulation and enforcement aligned with group audits.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to optimize service and terms.
• Manage Oracle systems and credit software implementations.
• Represent Credit function in customer visits and sales meetings.
