Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Corporate Access Specialist for a 12-month contract in London. The role coordinates events, liaises with investment teams, corporates, and third-party IR firms to originate and manage European access programs.

You'll build relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders, travel for offsite events, and ensure data tracking within CorpAxe, contributing to Capital Group’s global access ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services, preferably Corporate Access/IR or research.
• Experience in corporate access or investor relations is a plus.
• Strong project/program management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal relationships with Investment Group associates to understand their investment philosophy and workflow to originate events.
• Actively follow sector analysts’ responsibilities, meet with companies and be comfortable recommending new companies for analysts to meet.
• Be the point of contact with company management to request and secure meetings for investment professionals, representing Capital Group and ensuring a positive user experience.
• Build external relationships with corporate Investor Relations teams and third-party vendors.
• Travel with the investment group to support offsite events and research trips originated; deepen internal and external relationships.
• Manage logistics related to corporate access interactions as needed.
• Maintain data related to corporate access engagement and usage rates by investment teams in CorpAxe.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Meetings & Events, Research Services and Technology to integrate Corporate Access program into the business.
• Coordinate closely with global corporate access teammates (US, London, Asia).
