Job summary

Linde AMT UK Limited in Swindon, Wiltshire, United Kingdom, seeks an European Credit Controller - Accounts Receivables to own AR ledgers for two French sites. You will manage collections, set up new customers, assess credit risk and lead month-end reconciliations with the GL, reporting debtor data weekly.

You will partner across Sales, Finance and SSC teams to drive cash flow and risk controls. Fluent French and Italian are essential, as is an accounting qualification and AR experience in

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control / AR managing multiple ledgers.
• Fluent in French and Italian.
• Accounting qualification.
• Experience in business partnering, customer service, problem solving and teamwork.
• Strong communication and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Own AR ledger for two French sites & cover Mercus & Toulouse
• Manage collections of country receivables
• Set up new customers
• Assess risk with credit lines
• Hold debtor aging meetings with local customer service teams, sales & Finance controllers
• Report weekly debtor data, bad debt actual & projected
• Manage month-end close and reconciliations with Accounts Receivable & General Ledger
• Weekly GL uploads
• Partner internally across the European SSC with other functions
