Job summary

Realty Income is seeking a Manager, European Accounts Payable to lead end-to-end AP for its international business. You will oversee multi-currency payments, maintain controls, and manage outsourced AP delivery while partnering with UK and European stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, governance, and performance reporting; experience with Yardi, Kyriba, and cross-border AP is highly valued. This is a senior, on-site position based in London.

Qualifications

• At least five years of Accounts Payable experience, with treasury exposure preferred.
• Experience managing outsourced/offshore/shared-service AP functions with SLAs and KPIs.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering across functions and seniority levels.
• Experience developing operational reporting and presenting clear management recommendations.
• Experience completing month-end/quarter-end close activities and resolving discrepancies.
• Ability to balance service delivery with governance in a multinational setting.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead international AP service delivery across processes including invoicing, payments, and vendor maintenance.
• Supervise and train AP staff; collaborate with Internal Audit to ensure SOX compliance.
• Manage outsourced AP providers via KPIs, reviews, and risk management.
• Serve as primary AP partner to Finance, Treasury, Legal, and cross-border teams.
• Challenge stakeholders to ensure proper payment processes and coding.
• Establish and report AP KPIs including timeliness, aging, queries, and risks.
• Prepare weekly AP status reports with recommendations on performance and priorities.
• Maintain AP control framework including policy, delegated authority, and governance.
• Oversee invoice processing in Yardi and provide coverage when needed.
• Oversee vendor setups, callbacks, payments, disputes, and reconciliations.
• Utilise Kyriba and bank portals for intercompany and other payments.
• Plan resource allocation for peak periods and growth; propose future models.
• Complete month-end and quarter-end close activities and support Treasury initiatives.
• Lead AP system enhancements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
