Realty Income Limited is seeking a Manager of European Accounts Payable to lead end-to-end AP for its international business, reporting to the Director of Treasury, Europe. The role covers multi-currency payments, governance, and outsourced delivery across UK and Europe.

You will supervise AP staff, manage outsourced providers, and maintain the AP control framework while partnering with Finance, Treasury, Legal and Asset Management teams to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Qualificações

• Five+ years of Accounts Payable experience; treasury experience desirable.
• Experience managing outsourced/offshore/shared-service AP functions with SLAs and KPIs.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering across functions and seniority levels.
• Experience developing operational reporting and performance metrics for AP.
• Ability to balance service delivery with governance in an international environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software; numerical accounting background.

Responsabilidades

• Lead international AP service delivery across invoice processing, vendor maintenance, payment operations and issue resolution.
• Supervise and train AP staff, ensuring SOX compliance and audit readiness.
• Manage outsourced AP providers through service expectations, KPIs, workload allocation and escalations.
• Act as primary AP partner for Finance, Treasury, Legal, Property/Asset Management and other teams.
• Maintain AP control framework including policy, delegated authority and governance.
• Oversee invoice processing in Yardi and vendor setup; provide processing cover when needed.
• Utilize Kyriba and bank portals for intercompany payments and fraud monitoring.
• Prepare weekly AP status reports and management recommendations.
• Support month-end/quarter-end close and process improvements.
