Requirements and responsibilities

Ness Digital Engineering is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Sales Cluster Lead who has a proven track record in growth through radiation strategy within existing customer bases. This role is crucial in maintaining and expanding relationships with named accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitable growth within our European customer base.

What you’ll do

  • Drive growth of existing priority accounts (Champion / Attack / Nurture accounts) with a target of over $6M in new bookings and revenue during the fiscal year, aligned with company GM / EBITDA goals. Manage account backlog and renewals, aiming to develop these accounts into top-10 for the firm within three years;
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships, becoming their trusted point of contact for all services-related matters. Manage a portfolio up to $20M, overseeing the opportunity cycle: Prospect, Evaluate, Propose, Close;
  • Define growth strategies for each account to expand beyond current stakeholders and divisions. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, including alliance partnerships with Salesforce, Confluent, Databricks, AWS, to accelerate revenue growth;
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, translating these into actionable proposals;
  • Collaborate with consulting and engineering teams to develop innovative, industry-aligned solutions;
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and teams, ensuring alignment with goals;
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to prevent impact on timelines or quality;
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients, providing regular updates on progress and issues;
  • Advocate for clients within Ness, ensuring their needs are prioritized and met;
  • Monitor project quality and adherence to best practices, exceeding client expectations.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in IT services sales, specifically in growth through radiation strategies within existing accounts, focusing on product engineering or managed services (not staffing);
  • Proven success in growing named accounts by at least $6M in new bookings;
  • Experience co-owning and leading proposal and SOW development of $1M+;
  • Experience selling alliance partnership services (Salesforce, Databricks, AWS, Confluent);
  • Willingness to travel to client sites bi-weekly;
  • Commitment to a minimum of three years in the role, with a vision for greater responsibilities within Ness.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market solutions;
  • Understanding of industry-specific business issues and drivers;
  • Experience managing large, multi-location consulting teams;
  • Strong track record as an account manager in a rapidly growing client relationship;
  • Experience selling to large clients like Pearson in the US & UK, managing accounts over $20M, with C-level engagement and strong account management skills.
