Job summary

POP MART in London is seeking an experienced European S&OP Manager to lead the monthly demand and supply planning cycle. You will coordinate forecasts from country teams and key accounts to balance inventory and meet regional objectives.

You will work with sales, marketing, logistics, and finance to address constraints, monitor OTIF and regional inventory, and report risks and improvement actions to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related discipline.
• 3+ years in S&OP, demand planning, or supply planning (FMCG/retail a plus).
• Strong understanding of multi-country Europe market supply chain and EU logistics.
• Proficient Excel with data analysis; SAP or planning system experience preferred.
• Fluent English for regional meetings and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle across Europe, including demand and supply reviews.
• Collect and validate forecasts from country teams and key channels.
• Monitor inventory turnover, safety stock, OTIF, and bottlenecks; propose optimizations.
• Align factory supply plan, warehouse allocations, and logistics with regional demand.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and manufacturing.
• Track market trends, promotions, and new product launches to ensure readiness.
• Prepare monthly S&OP performance reports with risks and action plans for regional leadership.
