Job summary

Cognition is an applied AI lab building end-to-end software agents. Devin is the first AI software engineer. As a Deployed Engineer, you will work directly with customer engineers, deploy Devin/Windsurf into production, lead demos and pilots, support integrations, and drive adoption of the Cognition platform.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in pursuits (academic, athletic, professional, or entrepreneurial).
• Self-directed by default with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication with senior engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle—from deployment through activation, ensuring customers succeed with Devin.
• Work with customers to understand challenges and identify best use cases for Devin.
• Build relationships with customers' engineering teams to enable smooth product integration and adoption.
• Listen to customer feedback, implement requested features when possible, and advocate for customer needs.
• Serve as the customer oracle to help set the product roadmap.
