• High tolerance for ambiguity, intensity, and sustained effort; willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle to ensure success with Devin.
• Work with customers to identify technical challenges and best use cases for Devin.
• Build relationships with customers’ engineering teams for smooth product integration.
• Implement customer feedback and advocate for their needs within the team.
• Utilize product instincts to help shape the product roadmap.
