Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in knowledge management, training design, or related work.
• Experience developing learning and knowledge management strategies.
• Proven track record of managing teams and mentoring staff.
• Understanding of AI for communications in an AI-driven context.
• Familiarity with data visualization concepts and tools.
• Excellent written English and strong oral communication.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and process-focused.
• Values-driven, motivated by sustainability.
• Understanding of sustainability issues in agriculture or related areas.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership through organisational change, especially to the use of AI.
• Translate global comms strategy into the regional context for Europe.
• Develop and oversee delivery of the regional Europe comms plan.
• Lead the development and application of data visualisation and information design standards across Proforest Europe.
• Oversee creation of infographics, diagrams, dashboards and other visual materials.
• Build capability in data visualisation through mentoring, training and shared tools.
• Develop organisational guidance on responsible and strategic use of AI in knowledge work.
• Lead knowledge management and training initiatives for Europe.
• Manage and mentor a team of professionals and work across cultures.
