Qualifications

• Experience managing Data, Analytics, Data Platform, and BI projects end to end in global organizations.
• Hands-on project management with involvement in requirements gathering, data migration, testing, vendor coordination, and deployment.
• Leads cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Data Architects, Analysts and Stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end data transformations, including roadmap planning, risk management and change management.
• Experience with enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Pharma industry experience is essential.
• EU work eligibility; relocation not offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects within the Data Domain from initiation through delivery.
• Manage scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across Data, IT, business teams, and external vendors.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Track progress and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Support governance, reporting, and status communication.
• Identify risks and blockers and drive mitigation actions.
• Ensure alignment between technical delivery and business requirements.
• Support upcoming demand across the wider Data portfolio.
