Job summary

Fusion Consulting AG is seeking a Senior IT Data Project Manager in Pharma to lead data domain initiatives. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver data platforms, data management, integrations, and transformation activities across multiple IT initiatives.

You will work with Data Engineers, Architects, Analysts and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end delivery, governance, and alignment with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Data, Analytics, Data Platform, and BI projects end to end.
• Hands-on PM approach with requirements gathering, data migration, testing, vendor coordination, and deployment activities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Data Architects, Business Analysts, Reporting teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery of data transformation initiatives, including roadmap planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
• Experience with enterprise reporting and analytics. Delivery mindset.
• Pharma industry experience is a must.
• Candidates must be based in Europe and have the legal right to work in their country of residence.
