Job summary

HKEX Group in London seeks a Modern Workspace EUC Technology Lead to design, deliver and manage workplace technology platforms, ensuring secure and modern digital experiences across desktops, laptops, and virtual environments.

You will own the EUC estate's stability, security, and evolution, driving continuous improvements, regulatory compliance, and a better employee experience through enterprise-scale tooling and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in End User Computing and desktop engineering in enterprise environments.
• Strong ITIL‑governed operations, incident, problem, change, and service lifecycle management.
• Leadership in EUC/Modern Workspace across large-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and governance for EUC services.
• Own lifecycle of desktop and laptop builds, patching, and hardware standards.
• Drive adoption of Intune, Autopilot, Windows Update for Business, and configuration frameworks.
• Oversee patching and vulnerability remediation with proactive measures.
• Lead Citrix environments; optimize performance and upgrades.
• Provide Exchange & Messaging support, policies, and identity integrations.
• Manage incidents and create technical documentation; collaborate with security teams.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and third-party vendors on EUC projects.
