Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) is seeking an End User Computing Manager to lead the EUC team across ICE locations, mentoring analysts and engineers and driving service improvements to deliver a superior user experience.

The role combines project and budget management with hands-on deployments of network, telephony, desktop systems and conference room tech, plus AI-enabled workflows. Collaboration with business partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience; minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Experience in a Microsoft AD environment and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with AV/Conference Room technology in a corporate environment.
• Experience using IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow.
• Able to multitask in a high‑pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and motivate EUC Analysts and Engineers to build a high-performance team.
• Lead by example with urgency and high-quality work.
• Project management: plan, scope, risks, tasks and deadlines.
• Budget planning and annual team budget.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure SLAs are met.
• Support employees across multiple offices and business units.
• Assist with deployments: network, telephony, desktop systems, and apps.
• Lead conference room technology deployment and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate high-visibility issues.
• Improve end-user documentation and knowledge base; pursue automation opportunities.
• Manage hardware inventory and local IT activities (M&A, BCP).
• Promote ICE standards and culture with end users.
• Understand AI-powered productivity tools and apply them responsibly.
• Utilize AI to streamline workflows and support decision-making.
