Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) is hiring an EUC Manager to lead a team delivering end‑user computing services across ICE locations.

You will mentor engineers, drive process improvements, and manage desktop, network, and conferencing deployments while partnering with business units to meet user needs. The role requires 2+ years of management, strong MS AD experience, and a track record in ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent + 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft AD, MACs, and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with AV/Conference Room tech and corporate IT environments.
• Experience using ITSM tools like ServiceNow and multitasking under pressure.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and motivate EUC Analysts and Engineers to a high‑performance level.
• Lead with urgency to resolve issues and maintain high-quality work.
• Plan projects, manage scope, risks, and team allocations.
• Prepare and manage annual team budget and track KPIs and SLAs.
• Support multiple offices and business units with desktop, network, and collaboration tools.
• Drive deployment of conferencing, room tech, and collaboration solutions across locations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate high-visibility issues and improve processes.
• Document knowledge and pursue automation opportunities to streamline EUC workflows.
• Manage hardware inventory and participation in location IT activities (M&A, BCP).
• Promote ICE standards and ethical use of AI for productivity.
