Job summary

Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Ltd in Gloucester is recruiting an experienced EUC Engineer to support macOS environments, Apple devices and modern workspace technologies on-site. The role focuses on end-user support, device deployment and cloud-based platforms.

You will collaborate with infrastructure and security teams while delivering excellent customer service and practical solutions for enterprise laptops, desktops and mobile devices, with emphasis on networking, patching, and asset management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in EUC, desktop support or endpoint engineering.
• Strong macOS and Apple ecosystem knowledge.
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops and mobile devices in enterprise environments.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to cloud technologies and SaaS platforms.
• Experience with MDM tools such as Jamf, Intune or Kandji.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and identity and access management solutions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support and administration for macOS, Apple laptops and mobile devices.
• Configure, deploy and manage Apple hardware across the business.
• Support modern workplace and endpoint management solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and user-related issues.
• Assist with networking support, including Wi‑Fi, VPNs, DNS, DHCP and endpoint connectivity.
• Work with cloud technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace or similar platforms.
• Support device security, patching, compliance and asset management.
• Collaborate with our infrastructure and security teams on projects and improvements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to users at all levels.

Job description

Salary: £30,000 - 37,000 per year
