Job summary

Lane Clark & Peacock (LCP) is seeking an EUC Engineer to drive endpoint governance and Intune-based management for ~1,400 colleagues. You will engineer, configure, and automate endpoint services, focusing on vulnerability mitigation, device compliance, and scalable Windows/macOS/iOS/Android management.

The role requires strong PowerShell automation, MD-102–level knowledge, and experience with Intune, Autopilot, and modern device management.

Qualifications

Experience managing packaging and automated software patching solutions (e.g. Patch My PC).
Working knowledge equivalent to MD-102 certification level.
Significant experience administering Microsoft Intune in a medium/large organisation.
Strong understanding of modern device management (MDM/MAM).
Excellent knowledge of Windows 11, Entra, Conditional Access and Autopilot.
Understanding of endpoint vulnerability management and secure endpoint principles.
Advanced troubleshooting skills across Windows and mobile OS.
PowerShell for automation, configuration and reporting.
Clear communicator with strong documentation and process-writing skills.
Ability to balance operational stability, user experience and security.

Responsibilities

Reduce recurring issues through engineering improvements and automation.
Provide technical guidance to support staff and technical teams.
Act as 3rd-line escalation for Intune and endpoint issues.
Diagnose and resolve complex incidents escalated by 1st/2nd line.
Ensure stable performance of Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices via Intune.
Configure Intune policies, profiles, compliance rules and baselines.
Develop automation to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
Build and support Autopilot provisioning processes.
Manage application packaging, deployment and lifecycle in Intune.
Monitor platform health, drift and usage trends.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security and Service Delivery teams.
Produce and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
