Job summary

Vallum Associates is seeking an experienced EUC Architect to drive end-to-end architecture for a large distributed retail estate. You will lead transitions, modernization programs, and cloud-based endpoint management to enhance user experience and security across Windows, macOS and mobile devices.

You will work with senior IT leadership to shape strategy, define governance, and deliver scalable EUC services. Strong expertise in Intune, SCCM, Autopilot and Azure AD is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing EUC architectures across Windows, macOS and mobile devices.
• Hands-on deployment and management of Intune, SCCM, Autopilot and modern endpoint platforms.
• Proven track record leading large-scale EUC transformation programs in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security, patching, vulnerability management and compliance.
• Retail or distributed enterprise experience with EPOS and store devices is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end EUC architecture across endpoints and platforms.
• Lead EUC transition programs aligning with business and IT strategy.
• Design and implement modern device management solutions (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot).
• Drive endpoint security, patch management and compliance across the estate.
• Collaborate with CIO/IT leadership to enable strategic decision-making.
• Establish governance, standards and service delivery frameworks for EUC.
• Oversee application packaging, deployment and lifecycle management.
• Ensure high availability and performance of EUC services and analytics-driven improvements.
• Support audit readiness and risk mitigation in line with GDPR/ISO frameworks.
