Job summary
JD.com is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead European retail services and products for JD.com operations in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, France and more. You will collaborate with business partners, product design, software development and platform teams across Europe in a fast-paced, international environment.
The role focuses on creating and extending retail services, balancing user-centric design with data analytics and AI capabilities, and coordinating with teams
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of product management experience in European e-commerce.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Product Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills for data-driven decisions.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Build strong operational partnerships across JD.com and business teams.
- Act as the key product contact for business partners, aligning on objectives and delivery.
- Own and prioritize product roadmaps and release milestones.
- Coordinate requirements, dependencies, timelines and deliverables across teams.
- Establish clear governance and communications channels.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies and issues related to partnerships.
- Work with cross-functional teams to shape product strategies for European markets.
- Innovate on capabilities to improve experience and optimize cost.
