Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Procurement/Supply.
• High travel burden (>50%).
• Expert Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong presentation development.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Procurement Growth Supply Chain & Procurement.
• Oversee supply oversight for capital growth projects across UK & EUR locations.
• Track KPIs and align with sourcing strategies (delivery, quality, consolidation).
• Develop processes to collect plant feedback and reward/punish performance monthly or quarterly.
• Drive to make Howmet Aerospace the customer of choice.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and standardize goods/services.
• Develop project management approach with Supplier Quality for corrective actions and continuity.
• Lead EU Category Management (MRO, Energy, Transportation) across plants.
• Develop checklists for each plant and ensure check book processes.
• Negotiate payment terms to improve cash flow and timing of receipts.
