Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. seeks an experienced Process Engineer to drive standardization and new delivery-station designs across the EU AMZL network. You will lead integration of automation, optimize layouts, and partner with operations and safety teams to deliver best-in-class process infrastructure.

The role requires strong analytical skills, data-driven decisions, and the ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Domestic travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering.
• Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive new site designs and upgrade designs from planning to execution, including automation integration.
• Lead technology integration and standardization in EU-wide programs and products.
• Contribute to network standardization via best practice sharing with EU counterparts.
• Provide process expertise on engineering design, material flow, conveyor positioning and equipment requirements.
• Lead strategic initiatives and identify projects to improve processes and station designs.
