Job summary

The Change Partners is seeking an European Data Analyst to join the Communications & Sales Support team in London. You will bridge raw performance data with impactful visual storytelling, gathering multi-channel data, ensuring integrity, and delivering actionable insights for leadership decisions.

You’ll monitor KPIs, maintain data hygiene, apply AI-driven analyses across GEO and AI Search, and design interactive dashboards to clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Proficient in Tableau or Power BI dashboards.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to translate data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• KPI & Performance Monitoring: Track and report on core digital metrics across web/app traffic and campaign activity.
• Data Hygiene & Accuracy: Merge datasets from multiple sources and ensure consistency and structured visuals.
• AI & Exploratory Analysis: Use AI tools to monitor content performance across GEO and AI Search, spotting trends and anomalies.
• Dashboard Ecosystems: Design and maintain interactive dashboards for cross-functional stakeholders.
